I was impressed by their attention to detail, such as returning my forgotten headphones promptly and with a smile, showcasing their commitment to exceptional customer service. The room was not only impeccably clean but also boasted brand new furniture that added a touch of modern comfort to the traditional Bavarian setting. The cozy terrace outside our room provided a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet moment with a view of the picturesque surroundings. The complimentary toiletries offered were of high quality, adding a luxurious touch to our stay. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor in the room enhanced the overall ambiance, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.The highlight of our visit was the authentic German breakfast and dinner served at the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made sure we felt at home, despite a minor language barrier.
